Damaged, Defective, Replacement and Refund Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase; customers must contact us by email at customercare@hp-international.com, so that we can explain the proper handling of the merchandise. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt to obtain a full refund or replacement item. A replacement item will be shipped to you once we receive the item being returned. We guarantee all of our products against Defects and Damages, and will work within our manufacture’s warranty policies.
